This is 31!

I turned 31 on November 15th. I must admit that although not quite how I planned, 30 was not bad at all. I suffered some losses, but I also had some major wins. ⁣

1. I started a business. ⁣

2. Earned my Master of Divinity. ⁣

3. Completed a full year of therapy with the same therapist. ⁣

4. Learned how to do relationships again. ⁣

5. Made major progress in rebuilding my trust in God. ⁣

6. Took my self-care more seriously. ⁣

7. Lost 22 pounds. ⁣

Last year I decided I would not overwhelm myself with the expectations and pressure of turning 30. Instead, I would love more, live in the moment, take life as it came, do what I could, celebrate my wins (no matter how small), handle my losses gracefully, and figure out life as best I could (with the help of my village). ⁣

This year, I plan to do the same but kick it up a notch. This is the year I develop some more discipline and apply a little pressure. 30 was the setup, 31 is the execution. I'm starting with the the launch of #ThroughMyLynz. I've been putting this off for forever but now is the time. This is my birthday gift to myself, to come after everything I'm supposed to have, to take the risks, to let go, to be free. Cheers to 31 years and thank you for coming along with me as we view life #ThroughMyLynz.

I can't wait for y'all to see all that I have in store!
